We offer FREE Standard Shipping within Australia. 
For international shipping the standard flat rate is AUD$15.00

We are open and working hard to get your deliveries to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please allow extra time for potential postage delays caused by increased demand.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. Once your order is dispatched you will be notified via email, and will receive a tracking number.


Free Standard Shipping
Sent via Sendle or Australian Post. In most areas of Australia, delivery usually takes approx 2-7 business days after dispatch. In remote areas, delivery can take up to 10 business days.

Express Shipping
Australian Express Shipping is available at AUD$10.00 


Standard International Shipping
Is available at $AUD15.00. Sent via DHL. Please allow approx 14-21 days after dispatch.

Express International Shipping
Is available at $AUD39.00. Sent via TNT Express. Please allow up to 7 days after dispatch. 

Stardust Crew is not responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed during the importation into your country. 

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order ships we'll send you an email with your tracking number.

Items purchased on sale or at a discount are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you need to exchange your item, you can do so on full priced items only that are returned within 14 days of the tracked delivery date to you.

Clothing must be in brand new and unworn condition, with all original tags still attached.

All purchases of sale or promotion are final and cannot be refunded, but may be exchanged for an alternate size. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about sizing.

We will ship exchange products, or process your refund, once we have received back the goods and have confirmed that products are in saleable condition.
